stuck on starting packager

Hi , I cloned the project and it works well on web .
but when try RN with "yarn run startrn" , the terminal stucks on "starting packager..."

full output as below :

C:\Users\ndu\React_workspace\HAgnostic-News>yarn run startrn
yarn run v1.12.3
$ react-native-scripts start
1:31:22 PM: Starting packager...

any ideas what's wrong there

Unfortunatly React Native is famous to break deps. This was just a project to show off how you could develop for the develop and native.
In theory with the exact RN version it should work but I can't guarantee
