Feature: Add Prev and Next buttons to org detail screens

Proposed feature

To let people browse listings more easily, let's add:
< prev next >
buttons to the org listing

Currently, people have to 'pogo' back and forth between the search results and the listing, which is frustrating. Let's instead let people move between organizations easily.

On the first result, there should be no '< prev' link.
On the last result, there should be no 'next >' link.

If space is too tight on some screens for '< prev next >', then use '< >'

Sorry for the ugly sketch, but the pagination buttons would be on the same row as the 'back to search' link and same color (I'll file a separate issue to change the color of those links... they're too grey)
