One Sheet for this Project is a living document, changes will be incorporated as the project proceeds :

Creation & Delivery of technical & Career Skills enhancing workshops
Purpose of project “Workshop ednesdays” is creation of a cost-effective workflow management tool in the education sector to manage the end to end process of sourcing talent to delivering workshops through the usage of a dedicated application compatible with all devices.

This product would prove to be boon for the educational sector and later can be extended to other segments of creators. Workshop Wednesdays seeks to provide high quality exclusive educational content while leveraging technology.

Process :
Identification of Talent within Brigade and LinkedIn sourcing and by posting in various slack groups, Quora and Facebook
Content topics selection within Brigade via Google Form/Polls - Highest Voted Hot Topics to be considered
Onboarding process -
Step1 : Application/Interested received direct emails, signup through google forms or scouting by sales team
Step 2 : Short Video to be submitted by Professionals wearing formals in order to judge pitch, expressions and familiarity with subject
Step 3 :Video to be evaluated by Quality Assurance Team
Step 4 : Completion of onboarding process within 2-3 days
Incentives in kind for regular content creator to be decided - Suggestion Certificates, LinkedIn recommendation
At Least 2 Days prior to workshop, content to be decided for informational and signup postings by workers on various platforms
Calendar Linking of Lecturers
Initial platform to deliver workshops to be decided for Live streaming
Creation of you-tube channel, Facebook Page, Instagram Page, Twitter Page for Eduworkz
Uploading workshops on channel
Increasing the subscribers and views by posting links and engagement on various platforms such as Quora, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, slack

Analytics Management for insights

Project Milestones :
Team Identification in progress such as Data Scientist, Developer & Engineer. Product Manager already on boarded
Studying customers, competitors (if any) and team’s capabilities including available technologies
Deliver an MVP within 5 weeks
Alpha & Beta Testing on a focus group of 50 people
Creating website and social media awareness, pre-launch
Success Metrics Achievement :
Onboarding of 25 lecturers
Number of Watch hours spent - 4000
Number of Subscribers 1000
Number Workshop you-tube videos - 100
Number of subscribers in first month post release - 500
Consistency % in posting videos - 100%

Product Roadmap : Next 6 Months
Completion of team onboarding process as well as deployment of various resources as per interests and skillsets
Creation & Launch of Initial Application - For Use within Brigade
Completing sourcing of Volunteers through various sources cited in the process above as well as the educational institutions
Completion of strategy roadmap defining of Value Proposition, Market, Stand out Features, Business Goals of Hack for LA
Coordination and further development with VRMS and Civic Minded Project Teams

2. Define all steps necessary to produce one workshop, post and market assets created and measure results
3. Identify some educational content requirements across our brigade
4. Identify talent (or skill experts) in our brigade or if necessary create recruitment list for outside recruitment
