Improve & fix error reporting

I'm trying to load http://jewishmusic.fm/wp-content/uploads/secretmusicfolder1/singles/nissim-black-shiah-maisel---hope.mp3 and

1. It's failing
2. The failure is silent, so I'm not even sure why

This is using the flutter example on windows

Any help with this would be great, thanks!

There is some issue on Windows that causes error stream to never receive any event. I'm trying to find out, its all is very work-in-progress quality.

I'm guessing my specific url is a cors or some other headers issue, is there a way to pass in custom headers?

I can add headers support on Windows but not on Linux. However no expected date for the feature.
