Description

It would be nice if Hawkeye would have .hawkeyerc and .hawkeyeignore in the project root and it would be scanned in CI.
Although it doesn't make much sense from a security perspective, we might catch some issues before other users do and it might improve usability of the project in the long run.
Also, will provide working examples of .hawkeyerc and .hawkeyeignore.
