Automatic chain discovery on extend plugins #284

It would be a good feature if the discovery mechanism scanned folders inside the extend/vendor folder to register any chains found

The script should scan the sub-directories
If a directory called chain is found, load the yml files
Only yml files with correct metadata will be registered
