No module named setuptools

Hi @hmemcpy!

Last builds have the same issue:

ImportError: No module named setuptools

However, in the previous builds, setuptools was included:

/nix/store/7azbrbals8d3sswjx58crfk089nvnpl5-python2.7-setuptools-41.0.1

(...)

copying path '/nix/store/7azbrbals8d3sswjx58crfk089nvnpl5-python2.7-setuptools-41.0.1' 
from 'https://cache.nixos.org'...
