can't add a Matter device

Describe the issue you are experiencing

A Matter device got suddenly unavailable. After reboot Matter Server, switch off and on the device and still unavailable I decided to delete the device out of my configuration and add it again.
Now I have the Problem that the device is still in "use" or known, but the entety is hidden to me and readding fails
