Config Flow docs don't mention SchemaConfigFlowHandler

The scaffolding script for config flows relies on the SchemaConfigFlowHandler helper, but the documentation has no reference to it. This is confusing for users who are trying to understand config flows for the first time. It would be good to have a section on how to use this helper as well as an example, similar to what we do for the ConfigFlow class
