Quick Search: Duplicate "Backups" item opens empty page

Describe the issue you are experiencing

The Quick Search dialog contains two "Backups" items:

When you select the first in the list you only get an empty page with a spinning progress indicator:

If you press "M" for the My Home Assistant link the error message gives a hint where this is pointing to:

Selecting the seconds "Backups" entry brings up the correct page at Settings > System > Backups

So the duplicate one can be removed.
