Feedback

The popup to add my Synology NAS is asking for username, password and port. The documentation does not list which port I should enter. There are a lot of possible ports so this is a critical piece of information to give to the user.

Hey there @hacf-fr, @Quentame, @mib1185, mind taking a look at this feedback as it has been labeled with an integration (synology_dsm) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

The port is not a mandatory field, so just leave it blank. It is auto selected based on the selected option if to use a SSL certificate or not. If you've changed the default ports on your NAs, than your should know about and also should now, which one to use.

This is nothing Synology DSM integration specific, rather than a general UX topic of what it is the difference between required and optional fields.
