Describe the issue you are experiencing

I've installed a fresh copy after some failure and getting each time the same thing that I've not experienced in the past when playing with HAOS.
My setup is Proxmox with 20GB ram, 250gb disk.
I set up HAOS with 4cpu, 10 gb ram, 32 gb disk so no issues with limitation here.

This happens each time - regardless I use instruction on HA main page to install on VM or script from https://tteck.github.io/Proxmox/#home-assistant-os-vm
