This misleading page is being found by developers who are looking for information on how to make their sites work offline, either on Google or the html5rocks site itself.

Ok so perhaps the "bug" is that http://www.html5rocks.com/en/features/offline doesn't say that it's out of date/deprecated? (The underlying problem is that developers are finding this page and believing that it reflects the state of the art in offline.)
