Add "List" button to Map to see all entries visible on map in a list view

I found myself wanting this feature last year when zooming in on different areas of the city with active events. Basically similar to "Nearby" mode but putting yourself in a different location.

Maybe Nearby mode should also allow selecting a different location or time
