Each Postmortem Entry should include an Event Date Period (from and to) #32

This will help people searching for recent events - and will also be helpful to reduce to the number of clicks to determine when an event occurred (i.e. the additional click on source). Source links may experience "link rot" over time - so embedding the Event Date Period in the Postmortem summary page provides a quick visual clue of when the event occurred.

The Event Date Period should be displayed on the main index listing
i.e.
https://postmortems.app/

As well as on the specific UUID entry page
e.g.
https://postmortems.app/postmortem/01494547-7ee9-4169-a0c0-d921fa309d83

We currently support that in the metadata, but don't have the data for any of the PMs. https://github.com/icco/postmortems/blob/master/postmortem.go#L22-L31 lists all of the current supported metadata fields.
