Empty seed task

I noticed that my seeds weren't "populating", and wasn't sure why.
I just came to realize that it might be because the seed task definition appears to be empty

I'm not sure how it should be "populated". Right now it is added as a placeholder task. This means that you need to redefine it by yourself to be able to use. Right now it isn't involved in any other task or logic. I added it as a guidance to organize seeding logic
