Some stuff was in there already (probably included by some Racke's
previous commit) so I've rearranged it a bit.

Racke, please help with completing this page. Specifically, see if
I got the Synopsis right and see extra questions I had (listed under
"missing" section at the end of file).

Maybe nothing, but I am looking at it and I am clueless. So obviously
some verbose text would be good to explain what's happening.
(Specifically, what is =daily for example ?) You write something
up and I'll format/arrange it as appropriate. thanks
