Some moves have "interesting" rolling mechanics, such as SF's SLEUTH, which asks that you roll three challenge dice, then pick two, and pick a match if it happens.
For rolls like these, we would ideally use #44, but we would still want to Make a move following it to register the move itself: it would be nice if, when we detect that an arbitrary roll just happened, we switch to "prompt" mode for the roll (with an option to roll that die), and which fills in values from the previous arbitrary roll as die results you can pick from (on top of being able to type any value yourself).
