Incorrect handling of Session-Timers may lead to premature disconnects #2484
Comments
Hi! Can you attach the kamailio@trunks logs for this call? Best regards |
Attached is the log, and it actually has some Warnings, it seems to me that
session timers are a problem, please keep this log confidential.

Hi
Yep, it may be related to Session-Timers. Does this happen with calls that doesn't contain a Session-Timer header.
Also, it's normal that this doesn't occur with Residential and vPBX because those calls use asterisk as B2BUA. Wholesale only uses Kamailios as proxies.
Best regards,

in past i have raised same issue . |
Hello, can anyone please tell me if this problem will be resolved in version 4.1? Thanks |
Hi! Version 4.1 is almost completed and this issue has not been scheduled to be fixed for that release. We have an internal ticket for this task, but none of our clients are currently affected, so currently this is not a priority. I will update milestone as soon as it has a release confirmed. Best regards |
Description
Hello, Unexpectedly terminated calls on Wholesale customers.
IvozProvider version: - Last 3.4.0 - using two IPs, one for clients and one for trunks.

Troubleshooting
Friends, I just carried out a battery of tests, and the problem is easy to reproduce, it was found in Wholesale customers, after 10 minutes of calls it can disconnect at any time, but it does not exceed 20 minutes, in residential customers the problem doesn't happen! It has not been tested on VPBX and Retail clients. Kaian, I'm sending the pcap directly to your email that appears in googlegroups, if you need me to send it to another email, just ask.
Thanks and regards
