What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Call
http://incf-dev-local.crbs.ucsd.edu:8080/atlas-ucsd?service=WPS&version=1.0.0&re
quest=Execute&Identifier=ListTransformations

What is the expected output?

According to spec I would expect to get a listing of all transformations
provided by the hub.

What do you see instead?

an application error

Note that calling

http://incf-dev-local.crbs.ucsd.edu:8080/atlas-ucsd?service=WPS&version=1.0.0&re
quest=Execute&Identifier=ListTransformations&DataInputs=inputSrsName=Mouse_Paxin
os_1.0;outputSrsName=Mouse_ABAreference_1.0;filter=Cerebellum

returns the expected transformation chain

Hi Raphael,

It appears you were looking at the older service URL which was returning an
error.

Could you please look into this wiki link for the updated services:

Sincerely,
Asif Memon
