Describe what is not working with the course

Candace and I had issues here: fhdsl/AI_for_Decision_Makers#97 and
fhdsl/AI_for_Decision_Makers#98

I ultimately was able to render the up-to-date docx locally and then uploaded that version on google drive for our collaborators but we should check to see if this is working
