rtl does not work in f95

RTL ( right-to-left ) works correctly on all the sites I've tested, but it doesn't work on the site f95zone.to, which I visit frequently. Please guide me to achieve this goal because it's very strange to me and I couldn't find a solution (A trick or an extension or any other solution)
