Description:

脚手架生成语言文件错误：file_put_contents ..\htdocs\dcatdemo\resources\lang/zh-CN/testdcat.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Steps To Reproduce:

Scaffold : 新建模块，勾选了创建翻译文件

可能是没有读权限，chmod -R 777 lang
