clarify upfront what is needed onsite, e.g. post-its, paper, tables, cables, etc.
ensure to have cups/glasses onsite to prevent having to buy it
how can we improve the continuous re-collect, clean up support of all participants?
make barista deconstruct his bar 2h before the end to leave when the location wants to close
