Allow users to choose a team

Allow users to choose either Presidents or Robots as their team. The user should be given a score based on how many battles their chose team has won.

1. Team designations should be stored in the user entity
2. Make team designation a part of user registration
3. Create a custom content pane to display the user's team score on the user page.
