Readme.md missing introduction

I'm just a passer by, and it could use an introduction because frankly after some scrolling i dont see what it is. Do i need it? I dont know, guess not, lets close the window. I hope its not the end-all solution that i was looking for..

Please add an introduction and answer;

• Where should i use it? (with node? does it replace or extend mongodb?)
• What problem does it take care of? (what does the skin in the name stand for?)
• Who should use it?
• Is it a deamon, a framework, an app?
• Does it replace mongodb?
• I guess it runs on node.js?
• "The promise wrapper for node-mongodb-native." says the github tagline. What is a promise wrapper?
