Would really help with finding the contracts for use with other dapps without needing to do a transaction to find the market.

I don't think it's a good idea. Uniswap minimalist UI is really powerful. Any extra info dilutes attention. This info is only needed for devs and can easily be found by creating a tx and not signing it.
