Steps to reproduce

卸载0.11.1，安装0.11.3.然后就报错。launcher failed to chmod data folder bin: chmod C:\Program Files\koishi\Desktop\bin: Access is denied.

Expected behavior

软件主界面无法显示，win11.如何解决?谢谢
