Is the package dead?

Since issue #65 is not resolved yet I am questioning if the website will ever get up and running again.
Anyone knows if this package is dead?

The website and the wheel files have not been updated since June 2022, so it is safe to assume that it is dead for now and the author has archived the project

I surely am curious how much it would require to automate this whole process.
According to Google the whole Pypi server is 10TB so a full scale build of it might be too much, but if just building wheels by request aka. if somebody used pipwin to install and the wheel was not built it would first build it and then send it to the user.

@lepisma Did you by any chance make some sort of automated script for the server side that helps you upload the pre-built package?
It would be awesome being able to create my own local server for this.
