Suggestion, add ability to set a fixed height for each option

Hi,
it seems that param rowHeight is only used to calculate childHeight

It would be very usefull to be able to specify a fixed height for select options, and make images adjust to that height.

My problem is that I have to use images of all shapes, some are square, some are rectangle, others are round. And the result is having each select option with a different size, which is dizzy.

Is not an option for me to change image sizes, because I have 1.5TB of images and the logic for pulling those images is already very complex, and it gets updated every few months. Maybe one day it will be doable but not today. For now I have fixed it with custom css, but it would be great to be able to specify that height using rowHeight or any other param you see fit.
