Debian, mysql-snmp v1.2_01

Typo in /etc/init.d/mysql-snmp
DAEMON=/usr/sbin/mysql-smnp
/usr/sbin/mysql-snmp, line 776: if ($opt{innodb} && $status{'have_innodb'} eq 'YES')
$status{'have_innodb'} is unset so the agent doesn't create any OIDs with "SHOW ENGINE INNODB STATUS" metrics.
