Fix Sbatch Submission Error for Feature Count #17

Feature count sbatch script is calling feature count multiple times instead of once, sometimes leading to a fatal error in the process, stopping the workflow.

Error:

ControlSocket /home/edgeuser/.ssh/[email protected]_22 already exists, disabling multiplexing
sbatch: error: Batch job submission failed: Time limit specification required, but not provided
