This repository is was intended to store JSON versions of the various datasets that are imported into the central NMDC Mongo database.
NOTE: this repo is no longer being maintained, i.e., this GitHub repo is no longer being used to "stage" JSON files before ingesting into Mongo. For a full list of all the studies in the NMDC database use this NMDC runtime API endpoint: /studies. Use the various endpoints available for use in the NMDC runtime API endpoints suite to explore data in the database.
