Update content of Guide tab #140

Replace the existing content of the Guide tab with the content from https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EqQ5Jw19qhe8o2LXUOaVWPxOrjM0mPzvFqE5WIZN7sw/edit. I believe we only want to include the "Fieldwork" section for now. We do not want to include the Soil section from that document, although we did discuss linking to the schema documentation for templates (e.g. https://microbiomedata.github.io/submission-schema/SoilInterface/ for soil). Work with @jkelliher-github on the details of the content and formatting.
