Description of the new feature / enhancement

Do not always more and more characters - gimme an ESC to dismiss feature wenn launched accidentally.
Too much characters makes it useless for too many time gelt lost picking letter you need.

Scenario when this would be used?

All the time feature pops up not wanted. I take activation method as not useful to me.
