Include enablement for autofix in CodeQL rule type

CodeQL now includes an Autofix capability that can be enabled if you're using GitHub Advanced Security: https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/code-scanning/managing-code-scanning-alerts/about-autofix-for-codeql-code-scanning

Solution Proposal

Support the ability to enable Autofix for CodeQL in the codeql-enabled rule type.

Additional context

I noticed at least two GitHub users commenting here that they wished GitHub would include enablement of autofix in their security configurations feature. Not sure of overall demand for this feature, but given that it's an AI feature I'm assuming it's going to get some attention / usage.
