Possible Issue with use of <Dialog> in Docs Page

There was an error that was affecting routing in the docs page. There was a hydration mismatch in the DocumentationMobileNavigation.vue file. It was caused by the component, to fix this I wrapped it in the component. This fixed the issue for now, but It may become an issue on static deployments.
