No Warning When Installing on Unsupported File System

As the title says, there is no warning when you try to install this onto a file system that is unsupported. This can lead to issues because the installation will work, but the user will encounter errors which can be vague and difficult to troubleshoot. My suggestion is that a warning is added whenever the user tries to install the program on a file system other than NTFS so that the user is aware that this can cause issues and lead to unexpected problems.
