Can't get past credential creation with Rancher 2.7.3 and docker-machine-driver 3.13.0 #138

I've tried to get the current UI version working with the latest docker-machine-driver 3.13.0 and the latest Rancher 2.7.3.

Installation works, but I can't get past the "Create Credential" screen. All fields are displayed and I can click Continue, but after that the dropdown is empty and I can go back to creating a new Credential, click on Continue again but nothing has changed.

In the Developer Console I only see the following warning:

Attempting to load a resource with no id {_status: 201, _statusText: '', _headers: {…}, _req: XMLHttpRequest, _url: 'https://rancher.***/v3/cloudcredentials'} t {$ctx: {…}, …}

I couldn't find any warnings in the deployed rancher pods.
