As requested in #11, can you please publish the snk key?
The project does not seem to be maintained anymore and the issues and PR are not merged, so I guess the only solution is to fork this project and fix it yourself. The problem is that without the key you cannot create a usable package as other open source projects are built against the signed assembly, they will not link to one signed with a different key.
Just to be clear, the signing of dlls is not about security as it used to be, but just for backwards compatibility.
