Description of feature

As reported privately by airrflow user:
It could be useful to include the cdr1_aa, cdr2_aa, cdr3_aa, fw1_aa, fw2_aa, fw3_aa and fw3_aa columns to the AIRR repertoires generated by this pipeline. That way they can be directly imported into ‘Immunarch’ with the repLoad() function for further downstream analysis.
