I want to invoke COMMAND-SHIFT-4, Marquee Screenshot with Button 4 [enhancement]

Description

That does not show in your list of actions. Is that because it's "impossible", or you haven't thought of it, or some other reason? .. I want to use my mouse's BUTTON 4 to invoke the command Command-Shift-4 because I don't have to take my hand off my Mouse to do so.

Rationale

I use this command all day long every day, but due to Apple's unfriendly UX I'm forced to take my hand OFF mouse to invoke Marquee Screenshot. (1) Take my hand off my mouse, (2) enter on keyboard COMMAND-SHIFT-4, or scroll up to the Apple Menubar to select a shortcut, or have to Create a Shortcut that requires going to the menubar to activate it. MULTIPLE inefficient actions that take your mind off of the TASK making you lose focus as well as contort your fingers. PLEASE consider this for Mac Power Users.

This shoud be possible by assigning a keyboard shortcut on the 'Buttons' tab in Mac Mouse Fix.
Does that work on your end? If not, that's a bug that I'll look into. If yes, that means the UX could probably be improved to make this more clear.
