This is a tricky one, I'm also always surprised by banks who allow 3rd parties to inject insecure, unvalidated javascript directly into their websites. That does not really make them trustworthy..

This might be better dealt with using the dnscrypt-proxy allowed_names_file config option. That way ing.adocean.pl can be excluded, while still blocking everything else from adocean.pl. I do understand that this will increase the number of compatibility issues between the various dns solutions that are currently supported.

I'm leaning towards improving all lists for dns servers that do support some form of specific whitelisting as dnscrypt-proxy does and just whitelist adocean.pl for the dns servers that do not have such options.
