Name mixup on relationship between Malware and Malware Analysis

In the relationship tables in the spec, Malware obj table says "av-analysis-of" and Malware Analysis obj table says "analysis-of."

Relationship types are open vocabs/suggestions, so removing one will not break compatibility. The STIX WG decided on Nov. 8, 2022 to clarify by adding each to both tables in an errata release and will revisit dropping one (av-analysis-of) in a future major version of the specification.
