Current procedure:

Review in the XLSX file here adding comments if needed + recording whether it should go into CL via the For CL column. 1 = include, 0 = exclude, blank = not reviewed or to consider later.

The aim is to get through review rapidly (at least 100 per sprint cycle). Exclude anything that refers to the wrong cell type (so far we've only found one of these - AF2 description described AT2). Exclude classes that are empty grouping terms - especially where the grouped classes are heterogeneous and the description just redundantly lists the properties of various subclasses. Other than that, be liberal in what you include.

To load new classes run the python script here to update the tsv in data/default. Then from src/ontology run:
