Buttons outline on the ocaml website #1524

The buttons on the webpage have outlines when they are been clicked on. This kind off look funky on the website. I'd think they look nicer when there are no outlines.

i think this should be a good first issue and i'd like to fix it.

What browser is this @mercybassey ? I don't see these outlines so perhaps it's browser specific.

Oh really! I thought it was the same on all browsers. I viewed this on Firefox and chrome

What OS are you on(don't tihnk it should affect this) but I don't see it on either firefox or chrome.

okay @mercybassey, I personally don't feel it's funky and let's the user see clearly when they are clocking on the link. If any other mentor feels differently we can wait for them to comment.

If you know of some UX guideline which says otherwise I'd be willing to reconsider :)
