I submitted a BI for sles 15-SP3, multiple languages. It had to do a full config validation (and did so multiple times, #177).
All languages built, except pt-br, which gave INFO - Not queueing {...}, for reasons unknown.

After it failed the first time, it failed again and again (#270 again, I guess--restarting & cleaning up the JSON in between fixes it).
