I need to be able to reproduce the downloadable OpenCV self-extracting binaries for Windows OS.

From my questions on the OpenCV forum, I've been provided a yaml script which calls the 'mssing' winpack_create.cmd

Please advise. Thanks!

FYI, there is version for legacy CI: https://github.com/opencv-infrastructure/opencv-master-config/tree/master/config/winpack
