Standards Calendar is out of date

standards-calendar.md in the root of this repo is not being updated. In #259 Jory commented that "Plenary Dates have been added to the Open Web Standards Calendar" so that document seems more current.

Assuming these two documents are meant to serve the same purpose, I propose removing the local standards-calendar.md and linking to the Open Web Standards Calendar in README.md.

Would a PR be welcome?

Will do, but now I'm a little embarrassed because I need to ask where is the Open Web Standards Calendar? I had assumed it was here, but that appears to be OpenJS Foundation events only.
