Open Visualization Session Proposal: deck.gl, GeoArrow and Lonboard

Proposal

This is just a stub, but I propose to give a talk on the architecture of Lonboard, how it uses deck.gl, and how we can better integrate GeoArrow into deck.gl in the future.
